Preparation: (3 – 5 days)

• Clean & blow dry surfaces, including Parapet lip.
• Client to create slope design.
• Seal all new outlets
• Application of Seal Paz on all cracks and joints.
• Application of Epoxy primer XL100
• Polyurethane BP-3000 & Paz poly & poly (non-woven) membrane on all cracks & joints.

Waterproofing: (3 – 5 days)

• Spray application of Master roof x2 coats (colour)
